Prepare the marinade. You can even do this the night before, but merely 15 minutes of marinating will be enough for the wings. You can prep some of the vegetables while the wings sit if you like.

After the marinating, preheat the oven. Set the water up to boil and then place the chicken in the oven. Prepare the veggie stir-fry. After the noodles have been tossed with sesame oil & seeds, toss them with the vegetables. You can even blast the whole dish and toss over a bit of heat, just prior to serving with the wings. Serve with some of the chili sauce for people to spice up their dishes as they like.

Spicy Asian Wings

Garlic, ginger, and red chili sauce spice up these wings with a bit of honey to make them sticky and finger-lick-able.
We prefer these buffalo wing-style, but the marinade works well on other cuts of chicken that need a sticky Asian boost.

Sesame Soba Noodles

Enjoy these slick noodles with any stir fry of vegetables. This dish is especially popular during Chinese New Year when the long noodles symbolize a long life— just beware not to break any of them and ruin your chances. For a gluten-free option use brown-rice or Asian rice noodles.

Sesame Stir-Fry

Any variation of vegetables will do, but in the winter carrots, broccoli and a bunch of greens, such as bok choy work well. Add more spice or other flavors as you desire, this is just a base recipe to get you started so let your imagination and taste buds lead the way.
