There is something about assembling your own lunch on little crackers or dipping veggies into your own personal sauce with every bite. Bake up the crackers first. Blend up the hummus and whip up the ranch. Slice up the veggies and package each individually to take on the go for playful, healthful lunch.

These golden crackers get their color from both carrots & cheese. You can roll them out and use cookie cutters or try our cut & smash method. Fun for adults and kids to put together.

Hummus

A food processor works best for Hummus for a creamy, smooth consistency. A blender is a decent substitute, but some blenders will require a bit of water. If you are without equipment, mash this with a potato masher. It will be chunky- but still quite tasty.

Yogurt Herb Ranch Dressing

This easy dressing is an excellent substitute for chemical-dense ranch or buttermilk dressings or dips. Adding yogurt will increase the amount of good bacteria acidophilus in your dressing. Although, thick cultured buttermilk is a great substitute. If you want a thicker, ranch to dip, use greek yogurt or cultured sour cream instead. If using a fresh lemon, add the microplane grated lemon zest for a flavor boost. Use your favorite herbs that are available. If you are not a garlic lover, this is tasty enough without it.
