View the next recipe for this meal.

Sprinkle on salads, side dishes or casseroles for extra crunch, a touch of protein and a ton of flavor.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated

Serving Size: 2 People

Preparation Instructions

Shake pine nuts in a skillet over medium heat. Allow them to sit for about 15-30 seconds. Then shake them again. Shake and repeat until a touch of golden appears on each side.

Sprinkle with the grated parmesan and shake until it adheres, melted on slightly.
