Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Simple & elegant, instead of breaded & fried, the chicken breast is grilled and finished with grated Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Sprinkle the breasts with salt and pepper and place the breasts in a large ziploc or below a piece of plastic wrap. Pound into an even thickness, not too thin, just even.

Heat a grill to medium high heat.

Dip the breasts briefly in the olive oil spread out on a plate on each side.

Place on the hot grill or grill pan, cover and sear until grill marks appear, about 8-10 minutes. Flip over, sprinkle generously with the grated Parmesan and grill for another 8-10 minutes until grill marks appear below and the Parmesan is lightly golden.
