Dijon Chicken Kebabs & Grilled Asparagus

Soak the skewers. Cut and marinate the chicken. Boil the potatoes and blanch the cauliflower florets. Prepare the asparagus. Thread the skewers. Place them on the grill first, followed by the asparagus. Serve with the dijon sauce on the side.

With potatoes, cauliflower, onions and chicken, these kebabs are a complete meal on a stick. You will need metal or wooden skewers for this recipe. If using wooden, plan to soak them to prevent them from catching on fire.
