Creamy Radish Salad

A light yogurt herb dressing is tossed with radishes until their sharp bite sighs into sweetness. Use the herbs you have available such as mint, basil, parsley or thyme.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, finely minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 lb radish, thinly sliced, paper-thin

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh herbs, & salt. Toss with the radishes. Enjoy.
