Grilled Chicken Parmesan with Tomatoes, Basil, Goat Cheese + Kale Pasta

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Prepare the chicken to be seared. Chop up the tomatoes and make the fresh sauce. Start to sear the chicken on one side. Cook the pasta when the water starts boiling and make the almond crumbs. Add the kale in the final minute of cooking. Flip over the chicken to sear on the other side and top with the parmesan. Toss the pasta with all the goodness and serve the chicken on top of the pasta with a generous spoonful of the tomato-basil sauce to finish it off.
