Trim & boil your artichokes— otherwise defrost frozen hearts or drain them from a jar. Toss together the garlic-crumbs & assemble the sardines & artichokes. As soon as the pasta goes in the water place the sardines & artichokes in the oven. After this, dinner will be ready in less than 10 minutes.
