2. Marinate the shrimp.
3. Bread up the fish.
4. Cook up the fish and shrimp. Warm the tortillas.
5. Serve for others to assemble taco bar style.

The essence of a margarita marinates shrimp that is grilled and finished with lime and a sprinkle of coarse salt. Cook on the grill or with your broiler until thoroughly pink and just barely firm to the touch.
