Radish Salsa

 

A simple salsa of radishes brightens up any Mexican fare while giving a few extra nutrients too.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radish
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, or shallot, finely minced
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Thinly slice the radishes. Stack up, slice in strips and then again in small pieces to mince.

Toss together the radishes, cilantro, red onion and lime zest if using. Flavor with a splash of lime juice, adding more to taste.

Season with a pinch of salt and adjust each ingredient as needed.
