2. A week or so later, cook it slowly in your crock pot.
3. In the final hour prepare the the Braised Cabbage and Potatoes, scooping out some of the delicious broth from the Corned Beef to add even more flavor to the veggies.
4. Make ahead tip: chop up all of the veggies except the potatoes (they will brown if chopped ahead). An hour before dinner, cut up the potatoes toss with the other veggies and bake up.

Slow Cooker Corned Beef

LIttle effort goes into this dish of corned beef. Slowly cook it until the beef is tender and falling apart. If possible, cure your own Corned Beef at home for an incredible flavor experience.
