Prepare what you need to do for the dough. Preheat the oven for the pizza. In many cases they need to come up to room temperature.
Slice and caramelize the onions. Chop the broccoli, cauliflower, olives, and artichokes. When the onions are ready, arrange the toppings and feel free to add cheese if desired. Bake the pizza up. Whisk up the dressing. Finish the Artichoke Antipasto. Serve with the piping hot pizza.

Caramelized Onion & Broccoli Pizza

With a sun-dried tomato sauce and deep caramelized onions, this pizza carries so much flavor that you don’t even need cheese. But if that sounds ridiculous, simply add your favorite, fresh mozzarella, brie or even a sprinkle of a rich romano.

Artichoke Antipasto Toss

Use this recipe as a base, adding marinated treats to bolster up seasonal veggies. This salad is great slightly warm or cold. Cook your own baby artichokes from scratch or used your favorite frozen or canned variety.
