Use the vegetables leftover from making the Greek salad or just use the Greek salad in the wrap if you have leftovers. Buy store-bought hummus or make your own from scratch.

Combine leftover vegetables from a Greek Salad with a bit of Hummus in a wrap for a quick healthy lunch.

Hummus

A food processor works best for Hummus for a creamy, smooth consistency. A blender is a decent substitute, but some blenders will require a bit of water. If you are without equipment, mash this with a potato masher. It will be chunky- but still quite tasty.
