The Food
As of today, Lilly’s Table has undergone a new transformation and it is now: FREE. To anyone and everyone who is ready to seasonally meal plan, you can now enjoy this gift from me at absolutely no cost to you. If you have a credit card on file, it has been deleted forever.
After almost seven years of meal planning, I have decided to try something new. I am incredibly grateful for each of you who have financially supported Lilly’s Table at some point or nearly all of these years of my efforts. Thank you. My next project will be revealed in the coming weeks as it sprouts up, but in the meantime, I hope you spread the word that Lilly’s Table’s recipes, meals, and meal plans are freely accessible to the world as well as enjoy them yourself!
For the next month, I will continue to update new meal plans, but after that all members who sign up for the emails will receive a ‘blast from the past’ meal plan from me in their inbox. I do reserve the right to occasionally update you with a shiny new meal plan. We shall what transpires and I am thankful to have you along on this new journey with me!
I am thrilled to be wrapping up during my favorite season of spring. A few of my favorite dishes are starting to become more relevant this season as piles of fresh goodness start to appear. The Asparagus Soup, Creamy Spring Salad, Caramelized Lemon + Pistachios Snap Pea Risotto, Grilled Artichokes with Avocado Cream, and Baby Beet Crisps.
Mix and match any of those spring side possibilities with a Black + White Bean Salad or Chopped Lentil Salad.
Whip together arugula and any other fresh spring herbs into a creamy spread to be smeared across this Creamy Arugula Tilapia. Serve it with the Creamy Radish and Honey Mustard Kale Salads.
Extras of the herb-y spread can be stirred into the Creamy Herb Scramble or spread across the Grilled Herb & Sun-Dried Tomato Sandwich.
Doll up your Burgers in fresh spring attire with a creamy herb sauce and flavors that are best this time of year.
This simple Strawberry-Rhubarb Oatmeal Loaf is a happy combination of a baked oatmeal and a coffee cake, with a line of spring’s sweet duo throughout.
Cook seasonally. Eat consciously. Live well,
PS- If you have a package longer than a monthly subscription that you recently paid, I have a special bonus I would love to share with you. Please email me directly at lilly@lillystable.com :)
